What does a chat operator actually do?
You manage inbound conversations using an agreed strategy, preserve context and move each conversation toward the next meaningful step.
How is the up-to-25% rate calculated?
Your rate is calculated on revenue generated by the models assigned to you. The final percentage is set after the paid trial shift and agreed before you begin full work.
How does the $250 guaranteed minimum work?
The $250 guaranteed minimum applies to experienced operators approved for independent work who complete the full agreed schedule and monthly KPI. It is calculated and paid at the end of the month. Performance-based income is paid weekly.
Do I need fluent English?
Yes. You need fluent written English without a translator because you are expected to handle live conversations and respond to context quickly.
Can I apply without marriage-agency experience?
Yes, if you have strong sales, customer-service or written-communication skills. Tell us about relevant skills and previous roles; your level is then assessed in the interview and paid trial shift.
Are the training and trial shift paid?
The trial shift is paid. Training is unpaid when required. We confirm the terms before each stage.
Do I need to source men myself?
No. You work with connected profiles and inbound conversations. Account volume and allocation are covered in the interview.
